FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

Do you take anything from our check?

NO! We are hired by companies to do their hiring for them. The Companies we hire for pay us. We do not take anything from your check. The companies set the pay rate and all hiring terms. There is no difference in what you will be paid by starting through us. The only deductions you will see are required taxes that all companies are required to withhold and are based on your tax filing. If we don’t have a job with the pay you are looking for, decline the positions we offer; We will keep offering you positions as they come available until we find what you are looking for! Our goal is not only to help you earn a paycheck, but to keep you working and keep you getting a paycheck every week!

Do you charge for the application? No!

Is your application paper or online? We have both! Come in to the office with your 2 forms of ID to fill out our paper application  Monday - Friday from 7:30 am - 2pm or you can find our online application at www.superiorstaffinginc.com. After you complete application online, someone will contact you to schedule you to come in for your interview. All interviews are done in person and required before you can be hired.

Do you hire felons?

We allow everyone an opportunity to apply and are looking to hire anyone who wants to work and STAY working! If you have a felony on your background, you are eligible to apply; however, each company does have their own hiring requirements. There may be some companies that you may not qualify for, but if you want to work, we want to help you!

Will I be sent out the same day?

We are always hiring and always have immediate openings. It is possible to start the same day you apply, but that will depend on the jobs and shifts available and positions you are interested in as well as your availability and preparation. We always recommend that you come in not only ready to interview, but ready to start!  When you come in to apply, after you complete your application, you will interview with a recruiter that will be personally assigned to you and their goal will be to help you find the position you are looking for as quickly as possible. Again, we recommend that you allow yourself time to interview after completing your application. If you are not able to stay and interview, it is best to wait to come in until you do have time to interview. It’s best to come prepared with resume and/or work history if you have it. You want to treat this like any other job interview: come prepared, dressed to impress, and don’t bring friends or family with you to hang out during your interview.

What is the best time to apply?

The early bird gets the worm! We open at 7:30 am. We highly recommend that if you are looking to start right away, you come in as early as possible. We accept applications from 7:30am-2:00pm Monday-Friday. 2 forms of  ID are required to apply.

What are the pay rates?

Each company and each position has it’s own hiring requirements and starting pay rate. These rates and requirements are set by the individual companies and do not change based on if you start through Superior Staffing or start through the company directly. Some positions can be negotiable based on experience and/or skill level. Most companies look at past work history.
